Why God Blesses
'When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am Almighty God; walk before Me and be blameless. And I will make My covenant between Me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly.” ' - Genesis 17:1-2
Abraham had the opportunity to walk with God. This was due to the fact that he was Holy and Righteous. This is very important because in order to be blessed by God you must be holy.
The Reason God Blesses:
- To establish His covenant [ Deuteronomy 8:18]
- To promote his kingdom [Psalms 122:6-9]
- To make you a blessing [Proverbs 28:27]
- To enable you enjoy life [1Timothy 6:17]
- To give you dominion [Proverbs 22:7]
Sometimes, we just complain about the wrong things going on in our lives. We do not take the time to check if we are doing the right things or living as instructed by the bible. Some want to be blessed and rich but do not want to follow the keys that makes provokes God's blessings. Below are a few of these keys;
How to Connect to His blessings:
- Be open hearted and open handed [ Proverbs 11:25]
- By tithing [Genesis 14:18-20]
- By sacrifices [Genesis 22:2]
- By the prophet's seed [Ezekial 44:30]
