KEEP HOPE ALIVE, THE LORD IS WITH US

Then the word of the Lord came to me: “The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this temple; his hands will also complete it. Then you will know that the Lord Almighty has sent me to you. “Who dares despise the day of small things, since the seven eyes of the Lord that range throughout the earth will rejoice when they see the chosen capstone in the hand of Zerubbabel?”  (Zechariah 4:8-10 NIV)

THE LORD, THE LORD OUR GOD, HAS SPOKEN!

Is there anything we have touched that has become like an albatross over our heads? Have our projects stalled?  Are we at a crossroads? Does our burden seem insurmountable? Does it seem like our visions will not see the light of day? Are we losing hope?

The Lord has assured us that the accomplishment of our visions, tasks, projects, and goals will not be by our might or strength, but it will be by the quickening of His Spirit that will overshadow us.  What we need to do then, is to strengthen our resolve to keep pushing, grinding, and putting in the hard work, and the Lord will crown our efforts. We may not have all the resources we need, but fear should not take over where faith should reign. We must deploy the strategy of Jehoshaphat, which is “worship over worry” as recorded in 2Chronicles 20.

Yes! There will be "naysayers," criticizing and opposing left and right, without offering any suggestions.  There will also be the "doubters," those who will not believe in our visions & capabilities, and there will be those who will want to sit on the fence and watch. There will also be others like "Brothers Toby & SanB," who will ridicule us, and go round infecting others not to believe and help achieve the vision.

But the SEVEN EYES OF THE LORD OUR GOD 👀 is keeping watch to protect, and provide, and He has promised in Zechariah 2:5 that, “And I myself will be a wall of fire around it,’ declares the Lord, ‘and I will be its glory within.” Let us choose to trust the Lord, our God, and rejoice in His promises, for He shall surely glorify Himself when He accomplishes all things through the corner stone the builders rejected. Has He spoken and failed to act? Has he promised and not fulfilled?

KEEP HOPE ALIVE MY PEOPLE!!  FOR THE LORD SHALL SURELY ACCOMPLISH WHAT HE HAS STARTED WITH US.
